It's that time of year when we get to start fresh; this means many different things to many different people.

 things to many different people. One resolution could be setting fitness and
 diet resolutions (ahem...and keeping them!). Some may take this time to reset
 finances by creating a budget for the year. Perhaps spending more time with
 the family sounds familiar? Maybe you're looking to make a move in your career
 and start a new job, change professions or are looking to further your
 education and go back to school. Whatever it is, we encourage you to pursue
 your endeavors with much passion! Now it’s your turn to fill-in-the-blank: New
 year, new ________.


 Here are a few things we've come up with that might plant a few seeds in your
 head.

New Year, New Health 

 The new year is the perfect opportunity to re-evaluate your relationship with
 your health — your mind, your body and your spirit. Even though we talked
 about resolutions earlier on, some can find them to be overwhelming. Don’t let
 them be! If setting resolutions is too stressful for you (which is pretty much
 the opposite of what we’re trying to achieve here,) then take it day-by-day.
 Try to go on a 30-minute walk every day. Take 15 minutes to meditate or just
 sit in the quiet. Drink plenty of water to keep things flowing through your
 system.

 We’d be remiss not to mention a few things to help prevent getting sick during
 this rampant flu season. You probably already know them, but reminders are
 always useful:

 <li>Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds</li>
 <li>
 Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve if you need to sneeze
 or cough
 </li>
 <li>Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands</li>
</ul>

 PRO TIP: It may seem like an overwhelming task but get ahead on
 scheduling out all your doctor’s appointments. You’ll thank yourself for it
 later (and so will your doctors!).


 It’s never too late to step up your self-care game and take care of the body
 you’ve been blessed with!

 Many folks take the new year as an opportunity to pursue a new job they’ve
 been eyeing for some time. That could even mean moving to a different field of
 work altogether. Starting a new job or new career can often be daunting and
 somewhat scary, but that can be a good thing. What is that saying... growth
 comes when we step outside of our comfort zone?


 There can be many benefits of starting a new job: Developing new skills (which
 can be beneficial both in the workplace as well as in life), turning a passion
 of yours into actual dollars in the form of a salary, and learning how to
 represent, brand and market yourself just to name a few.

 themselves in the mirror for the first time, or an adult uncovering their love
 for dancing, we learn by doing!
