In an effort to strengthen our commitment to providing our employees with critical professional and leadership development support, Cross Country launched its inaugural Mentorship Program in January of 2023. The program features one-on-one mentorship relationships that span a six-month duration.

    To continuously strengthen Cross Country’s efforts of commitment to providing our employees with critical

    and leadership development support, we have announced our second class of the Cross Country Mentorship Program! The
    program
    features one-on-one mentorship relationships that span a six-month duration.
    Mentees were selected based on leadership recommendations and a subsequent review process by the human resources
    team.

    We asked our new class of mentees to articulate why the mentorship program is important to them, and also advice
    they
    would give to their younger selves. Enjoy what some of them had to share below. Plus,

            less resistant you are to change the easier it is to roll with it with a positive attitude.

            easy,
            and make sure your best is the best you can do. Above all, stay positive!

            different confidence building sessions.
            This program has helped me outline goals ranging from 1-5 years and an action plan to help achieve those
            goals.”

            but it wasn’t until I started in the mentorship that I really saw how all the spokes
            of the wheel really fit together or the various career paths and growth opportunities that CCH has to
            offer.”

            No matter how much you want to help others succeed and grow, you must fill your needs first.
