<h2>Why did you become a Behavior Interventionist Implementor (BII) Specialist?</h2>
<p> I became a BII because I really enjoy working and helping students out. School can 
  be difficult and so being able to be that person that can help 
  explain something or simply be a listening ear when they need it, feels rewarding.
</p>
<h2>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h2>
<p> I’ve been with Cross Country Education for about four months now and it’s honestly 
  the best. The people I have met through CCE are so nice and always there to help me 
  out when I need it!
</p>

<h2>What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country Education?</h2>
<p>The school I work at has some of the best people and I feel very at home with them. 
  Whenever I feel confused about something, I can trust that they will help me out. 
  I feel very supported within the school and can count on them when I need them.
</p>

<h2>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</h2>
<p> It’s important to have those moments where you can decompress and find something that 
  can put you in a Zen state of mind. Some days can be hard, so it’s important we take 
  care of ourselves both mentally and physically!
</p>
