<h3> Why did you become a Behavior Aide?</h3>

<p>I love teaching life skills and providing accommodations to watch my kiddos succeed. The ability to see their growth from when they first start working with me to their departure from services is truly one of the most rewarding experiences I could find in an occupation.</p>

<h3>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h3>

<p>There is so much opportunity for growth within the company and self-development.</p>

<h3>What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country Education?</h3>

<p>There has always been a great deal of support from the SpEd teams at the school&#39;s I&#39;ve worked at, it&#39;s allowed me to experience environments healthier than I&#39;ve ever experienced in my professional career.</p>

<h3>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</h3>

<p>Do your research, come into this field with an eagerness for learning/expanding your knowledge, and practice your patience. There is always room for improvement but the only way this is possible is through your own attitude. You&#39;re here to help kids grow into the adults they need to be in order to create a fruitful life for themselves, show them that learning never stops.</p>
