<p>Here’s why Mirella decided to become a CNA, what she enjoys most about working with the Cross Country Education team and schools, and what advice she has for CNAs starting out on their careers.</p>

<h3>Why did you become a CNA?</h3>

<p>I became a CNA because I enjoy working with people and assisting with making life easier for those that need a little bit of help. I’m always glad to be of service when needed.</p>

<h3>What do you like about working with Cross Country Education?</h3>

<p>I like the flexibility that is offered while working with Cross Country Education.</p>

<h3>What have you liked about working at schools with Cross Country Education?</h3>

<p>The two items that come to mind when thinking about what I like most about working at the schools are the ability to learn new skills and the teamwork atmosphere.</p>

<h3>What advice would you give someone starting in your field/profession?</h3>

<p>When starting out as a CNA, always be ready to learn new skills. Additionally, be sure to enjoy the experiences you have along the way in a variety of settings.</p>
