<h2><strong>Why did you become a Substitute Teacher?</strong></h2>
<p>I became a Substitute Teacher to have the opportunity to work with students in diverse ways. Each day, I am inspired by the students I encounter and energized by the chance to connect with fellow educators and change-makers in the field of education.</p>
<h2><strong>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</strong></h2>
<p>Cross Country Education offers exceptional flexibility and work-life balance. Communication with staff is seamless—they handle all interactions with schools on your behalf, which I truly appreciate. Unlike other companies where you have to schedule a call to reach someone, CCE makes it easy to stay connected. They also provide valuable training and a wealth of resources to enhance your educator toolkit. I’ve always felt supported and valued by the team at CCE.</p>
<h2><strong>What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country Education?</strong></h2>
<p>I’ve had the opportunity to work at several schools through CCE, and one in particular has become my favorite site. The administrators are outstanding, and the culture throughout the district has been nothing short of phenomenal.</p>
<h2><strong>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</strong></h2>
<p>My advice to those just starting out is to take the time to explore different grade levels, ask plenty of questions, stay flexible, and practice patience with yourself. Not every day will go as planned, and not every lesson will be a hit with students, but the key is to keep showing up and learning. Each day you complete helps you grow and strengthens your foundation in education.</p>
