We’re pleased to spotlight a professional who knows the value of behavior analysis and intervention firsthand and is devoted to delivering these critical services for her students, no matter the obstacles:</p><h3>Behavior Intervention Developer Joanne P.</h3><p>In the face of school closures due to the pandemic, Joanne has dedicated herself to ensuring her students have the best support available. Here’s a success story she recently shared regarding a student who has autism:</p><p>“The current learning environment really forced me to get creative with behavior interventions. With consistency, collaboration, and communication between the behavior team, school, and home, our kiddo is thriving! He is navigating his schedule independently, attending all of his distance learning classes, completing his assignments, and he even made the honor roll.
