  are some tips Cross Country recommends to help navigate your own feelings and
  show support to those battling breast cancer:

    Write all of your questions down; it’s easy to feel overwhelmed with
    information, so it can be helpful to bring your own list of questions to ask
    during doctor’s visits.

  <li>
    Encourage loved ones to be as active as possible; it will help them feel a
    sense of control as well as elevate their mood.&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
    While taking care of others, don’t forget to take care of yourself, too!
    Ensure you are getting enough sleep, eating well and taking time off to
    relax and renew.&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
    Try to keep a positive attitude – laughter truly is the best medicine!&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
    Find activities that help you relax – this can look different for everyone,
    so some examples could include mindfulness activities, meditation, yoga,
    taking a walk, listening to music, etc.&nbsp;
