    for becoming an NP, her advice for new NPs, what she enjoys about locums, and more.

<h2>Why did you become a Nurse Practitioner?</h2>
<p> I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner after working in ICU as registered 
    nurse and felt there was a gap between mental health and physical health.
</p>

<h2> What advice would you give someone starting out in your field/profession? </h2>
<p>My advice is to follow your passion in whatever specialty you choose to pursue. 
    When dealing with caring for and 
    treating others it is important to have passion which leads to 
    empathy and compassion. 
</p>

<h2> Why did you choose to work locums? </h2>
<p>I chose to work Locums because of the flexibility it offers allowing me a 
    good work/ life balance. I enjoy my 
    contracts and have the ability to renew and work in different 
    areas of my specialty. 
</p>

<h2> What do you like about CCL? </h2>
